Elinor Haider, Chief Executive Officer has a MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Wharton School. She has 15 years of finance, real estate and government experience, most recently serving as Deputy Commerce Director and Chief of Staff for the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development of the City of Philadelphia. Ms. Haider has expertise in structuring complex real estate transactions requiring various federal, state and local subsidies, raising over $100 million in public capital to finance projects. Jimmy W. Wang, Chief Engineer holds a Masters of Engineering in Hydraulic Engineering and Water Management from the Asian Institute of Technology. He has 10 years in hydraulic engineering and water management experience in research, project management and engineering functions. Mr. Wang has directly managed over $3 billion in water infrastructure projects, including the construction of a 150 mile canal creating a fresh water source for the 12 million residents of Tianjin City. In 2008 Mr. Wang was invited by Anmin Wang to run JinDaDi in China, but instead opted to commercialize the technology in the U.S. Mr. Wang is the co-inventor of NovaThermal Energy’s US patents. Andy Fei, Director of Sales has served over 20 years as the CEO of companies specializing in China-US import-export services. In the course of building four successful ventures, Mr. Fei was directly responsible for procurement, quality control and oversight for contract manufacturing in China, as well all regulatory approvals and licenses in businesses grossing over $200 million in revenues. Anmin Wang, Chairman Emeritus holds a Bachelors of Engineering from Xian University of Technology with a focus in automation controls. Mr. Wang is the sole proprietor and President & CEO of JinDaDi, as well as the inventor of the sewage-source heat pump patents that enable JinDaDi to lead the market in deployment of this innovative technology. JinDaDi was named one of 100 emerging companies in China and selected to represent its building efficiency technology for the world Shanghai Expo in 2010. This technology is considered so critical that the City of Tianjin requires all new developments to evaluate sewage source heat pump systems as an energy efficiency measure. JinDaDi and Mr. Wang personally have received many national awards in China including awards for top ten social entrepreneur, top ten environmental company, top 50 green companies to invest, and geothermal pump excellence.
